Nanu, mostly known in social media as Itsthecrazylatina, is an Argentinian singer, rapper, and songwriter. She plays with a lot of different genres from hip hop to reggeaton, R&Band pop. She likes mix genres and create new sounds, I always enjoy getting out of my comfort zone

Who are your biggest musical influences?

My biggest musical influences are OG’s like John Lennon and Freddie Mercury to recent artist like JLo and Cardi B. I think this is what all of these artist have in common that inspires me so much is that they all where told no, they all where rejected, they all where told they where not good enough and couldn’t make it. They thrived from an insane amount of hate. And they created a true connection with their fans looking past what all the haters had to say. This is what my goal is at the end of the day, to connect with my fans and be able to know that my music inspired others.

What are some of your biggest accomplishments thus far?

With my most recent release, I had a fan that wrote me a beautiful letter, telling me how my attitude towards my haters inspired him, that my stories made him laugh everyday and that he loved dancing to my tracks. It really moved me to know that my craft can generate this, music saved my life after I had a pretty serious attempt to take my life, and all I’ve ever wanted is to be able to do that with others.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

In 5 years hopefully with already a full album of work and selling out an arena. I really wanna sell out an arena one day. Not gonna stop till I make it happen. Big dreams for a small girl but I’m really determined.

What legacy do you wish to leave behind?

I wanna leave a legacy where it’s knows that no matter where you come from, how many haters you have or what your circumstances are, you can always push to be you best self in everything you do.
