Jeffery Anthony Durham Jr., famously known as Inde Black, is a singer, songwriter, producer, and studio engineer from Camden, New Jersey.
What makes you different as a person and also what separates you from the rest of your peers in your industry?
Inde Black is focuses more so on vibes, although lyricism is a strong suit in his music. He has a nostalgic feeling in his music as he pulls influence in his flows and lyrics from old school r&b and hip hop.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
In 5 years, Inde Black sees himself at the top of his own record label. He is not taking any breaks until he has established a power house for talent in New Jersey to have a platform.
What legacy do you wish to leave behind?
Inde Black wants to establish a way for other upcoming artists in his community to be able to create livings with their talents. Whether it be music, painting, fashion design, there is always a place for you in this world and Inde Black wants to create that hub.
