- I go by Kanary Black. Nary for short. I from New York City. Far Rockaway Queens to be exact. I was born in Brooklyn then moved to the rock when i was just 2.
- • Music to me is an escape from the reality I’m living. I was out banging and getting locked up damn near my whole life. I know there’s people out there going through what I went through so I make music for us.
- • What makes me stand out from all other artist is my authenticity. I’m living what you hear. And there’s so much more to know about me.
- • In Five years I see my mother in the house I promised her before my teens. A record label that I started taking off. See me giving Back to the community of Far Rockaway.
- • The main thing I want to accomplish in life is making sure Im able to accommodate all mine and my family’s needs.
- • What I bring to the world of music is my unique style. Really a different type of individual.
- • I want to be remembered by someone who made great songs, and who was someone that put on for the ones he loved.
