Angel Bowyer is a 22 year old fashion & fitness influencer on Instagram and tiktok. Both platforms are growing rapidly where she loves to share tips on weight loss and post workout videos. She’s a gym junkie that loves her street style in one small package, standing at only 5’1. Some of her biggest influences in her industry are all Aussie influencers like Tammy Hembrow & Jessi Than because they have grown so quickly in the fitness and fashion industry and she loves to see Australians making it globally! Some of her favorite hobbies Include working out. She tried to exercise at least 5 times a week doing both high intensity and strength training to keep fit.
She also loves shopping, mostly online shopping and love a good sale. Her favorite food is literally any carb. Pizza, pasta, potato, etc.

My main tips for weight loss:
- Dont be too strict!
- If you are absolutely craving some sweets, just have a small amount to satisfy yourself to prevent binge eating
- • Write out or follow a workout plan: this is to keep organised and focused during your workout
- • Try to train at least 4–5 times a week incorporating both high intensity & strength training
- • Cut down portion sizes slowly: train your body to be full from smaller portions
- • Drink a cup of water 30 mins before eating
- • Snack on fruit/healthy snacks throughout the day
