What makes A.K.Nash different as a person/artist?
Nash quote. “I was never the person with a lot of friends, with a lot of people that liked me actually quite the opposite. I was always a quiet kid growing up, I didn’t sit at the cool kids table. I was just always an outsider even in my family. Like I said, I’m more of the quiet type, but if you listen to my music that’s where you hear me express myself. I’m not shy at all in the music! I don’t follow the crowd at all. I’m a natural born leader and you will see that in my music. Not every song, I do is going to be about “sex, drugs, and violence” . I feel like in Hip-Hop we need to change the narrative and I feel as if that is my role. I still want people to turn up have fun ,but it doesn’t have to be turning up to violence and doing crazy drugs and all that. I know my name is “A.K.” I’m not for the violence! I like peace and shit. They actually call me “A.K.” cause I kill beats and I’m able to do that because my mind and soul is a weapon in it self”.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
“In 5 years, I will be the face of Hip-Hop period. I will have caused a positive change in so many peoples lives just from doing what I do, expressing myself and relating to others like myself”.
